Processing Time: We’ll polish up your order and get it ready to ride in 1-2 business days after payment clears.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping
Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide (except some Asian countries and remote areas – if you’re unsure, just give us a holler!)

We want you to love your boots as much as a cowboy loves his trusty steed. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right:
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Your boots must be:
- Unworn (cleaner than a Sunday church shirt)
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any damage or alterations
Boot-Scootin’ Note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Booties (due to their intimate fit)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return Your Boots
Follow these steps smoother than a two-step dance:

- Pack ‘Em Up: Securely package your return using the original box if possible. Include all paperwork that came with your order.

Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item or it arrived damaged. If that’s the case, we’ll send you a prepaid return label faster than you can say “yeehaw!”
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Method: We’ll refund the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our mistake.
Exchange Policy

Damaged or Wrong Items?
