We specialize in authentic Western footwear including:

Are your boots true to size?
Our boots generally run true to size, but we recommend checking each product’s specific sizing chart as some styles may vary slightly. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort – especially important for boots you’ll be walking in all day!
How do I care for my Western boots?
To keep your boots looking their best:
- Use a soft brush to remove dirt after wear
- Apply leather conditioner monthly
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Use boot trees or stuff with newspaper to maintain shape
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and makes future purchases quicker than a jackrabbit!
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and we’ll send you instructions to reset it faster than a cowboy can rope a calf.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We serve boot lovers worldwide! However, we currently can’t deliver to select Asian countries and some remote regions due to shipping restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, just give us a holler at [email protected].
How long does shipping take?
We offer two trusty steeds to deliver your Western wear:
- Standard Express (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after shipping ($12.95 flat rate)
- Free Range Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after shipping (FREE on orders over $50)
How can I track my order?
Once your boots hit the trail, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow every mile of their journey. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your boots don’t fit like they rode 1,000 miles with you, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Just make sure they’re in original condition – we can’t accept boots that look like they’ve been through a cattle drive! Please include all original packaging and tags.
How do I start a return?
Send an email to our customer service posse at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions faster than you can say “yeehaw!”
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely! If you need a different size or style, just note this in your return request. We’ll process your exchange as quickly as possible once we receive the original items back.
